6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of the following:
Snatch (each side)
Press (each side)
Swing
Clean (each side)
Front squat (each side)
Do 6 of each exercise, then 5 of each...all the way to 1 of each. If it says "each side" then do the reps on the weak side, then strong side before beginning the next movement.
