PM: Kettlebell Tabata Hell #1

8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest (8 x 20:10) of the following:

Double KB swings
Renegade rows
Double KB front squats
KB Seesaw presses

Rest 2 minutes between exercises.

Mobility: pick your poison
